WARRANTY INFORMATION

 

Philips warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90-days from the date of purchase.

  • Labor: If the product is determined to be defective, Philips will repair or replace the product at no charge or pay the labor charges to any Philips authorized service center. After the period of 90-days, Philips will no longer be responsible for charges incurred
  • Parts: If the product is determined to be defective, Philips will supply at no charge, new or rebuilt replacement parts in exchange for defective parts. Philips authorized service centers will provide removal and installation of the parts for 90-days
Warranty Exclusions
  • Labor charges for installation or setup of the product and adjustment of customer controls on the product
  • Product repair and/or parts replacement because of improper installation, connections to improper voltage supply, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair or other cause not within the control of Philips
  • Damage occurring to the product during shipping when improperly packaged or costs associated with packaging
  • A product used for commercial or institutional purposes including but not limited to rental purposes
  • This warranty is only valid in the United States
  • TradePort’s 30-day limited warranty does not apply to Philips refurbished product

Warranty Service

  • Customer must have proof of the date of purchase to receive repair on the product. A sales receipt or other document showing the product and the date that the product was purchased is considered such proof
