TradePort offers three (3) industry-leading checkout solutions for our customers: PayPal Express Checkout, Google Checkout and Channel Advisor Checkout. These simple and secure checkout options allow you to quickly and conveniently pay for your order.
PayPal Express Checkout Workflow
- When you choose PayPal Express Checkout, you will be directed to a secure landing page where you will have the option of creating a new PayPal account or logging into your existing PayPal account to pay for the order. NOTE: You can also choose to return to the “TradePort Marketplace Shopping Cart” landing page where you will have the option of using Channel Advisor Checkout.
- You will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account.
- You will select a billing and shipping address from your PayPal account.
- You will be redirected to the Channel Advisor Checkout “Confirm & Complete Order” section to confirm that your item, payment and shipping information is correct.
- When you complete your purchase, you can return to www.tradeportusa.com to continue shopping or click on the checkout link below for real-time updates regarding your order status.

Google Checkout Workflow
- If you already have a Google Checkout account simply sign in - your payment and shipping information is already stored in your account. If you don't already have a Checkout account, you will be required to create one.
- Confirm your shipping and payment information, then click the "place your order now" button to complete your purchase.
- When you complete your purchase, you can return to www.tradeportusa.com to continue shopping or click on the checkout link below for real-time updates regarding your order status.

Channel Advisor Checkout Workflow
- Shipping Address: When you choose Channel Advisor Checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping address. Please enter the appropriate shipping address information.
- Payment Method: Please choose from the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
- Shipping Options: Please select your desired shipping option. Local pickup is only available at our Somersworth, NH 03878 warehouse. Please do not choose “local pickup” as a shipping option if you are not local to our warehouse location.
- Billing Address: Please enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card bill. For the Day Phone number field, please provide the phone number associated with your credit card to avoid unnecessary processing delays. If your middle initial appears on your credit card bill, please include this as part of your first name.
- Confirm & Complete Order: Please confirm that your item, payment and shipping information is correct. A summary of your order information will appear for your review.
- Save Details: Registered customers who make multiple purchases from TradePort can take advantage of streamlined checkout processes, the ability to store shipping addresses and payment methods as well as the option to receive special offers about great deals.

NOTE: If you do not checkout properly and completely, your order will be delayed. In rare cases, if you are unable to checkout, unable to make a payment or receive an error, please try again later. Checkout Terms & Conditions
- Credit card payments are charged immediately upon completion of checkout.
- There are no sales tax calculations made for any TradePort sales because New Hampshire (NH) is a “tax-free” State.
- International credit cards that do not support AVS checks are automatically declined.
- Billing address choices must match shipping address choices from TradePort’s configured ship-to zones.
- TradePort validates that the buyer’s shipping address is an exact match of the billing address. This applies to orders for which the buyer has selected to pay with a credit card.
- TradePort enables continuous invoice consolidation during checkout. We allow no more than 7 days between the first and the last items added to the checkout. We allow no more than 10 line items per consolidated invoice.
- To prevent potential fraudulent use, this checkout will be placed on hold after five (5) validation failures. Please e-mail support@tradeportusa.com or call 603-692-2900 to complete this transaction.
NOTE: Credit card validation errors can often be avoided by contacting the bank issuing your credit card and verifying appropriate funds are available for withdrawal and that the provided billing address matches that registered for your credit card. Alternatively you may want to provide a different credit card or payment method to complete this transaction. If you have provided a debit card, you may want to try using a regular credit card number instead.

TradePort accepts the following payment methods: PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & eCheck), Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- PayPal. PayPal supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
- Electronic Check through PayPal. This service allows US-based buyers to purchase online by direct electronic payment from their checking accounts.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover secure checkout through PayPal Express & Channel Advisor Checkout.
