At this time, we offer the following UPS shipping options to our customers: UPS Ground Domestic, UPS 2-Day Air Domestic, UPS 2-Day Air (Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico) & UPS Standard to Canada. |
Shipping/Handling Rates
Shipping/handling costs are fixed on a per item basis. Shipping/Handling costs are significantly higher for wholesale items than for retail items because each item must be personally inspected and guaranteed to be in acceptable condition and include all critical accessories. We believe a fixed cost to be an advantage. With shipping/handling costs stated up-front, the cost can be easily taken into consideration as part of the total price. The total shipping/handling cost is clearly listed in every TradePort item description.
Shipping Limitations
- TradePort does not ship to International (with the exception of Canada), PO or APO/FPO addresses.
- TradePort does not combine shipping costs for multiple purchases unless otherwise noted in the item description.
- UPS 2-Day Air AK/HI/PR rates apply for all shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. UPS Ground Domestic and UPS 2-Day Air Domestic rates do not apply.
- UPS 2-Day Air AK/HI/PR rates are not applicable to remote Alaska and Hawaii locations.
- Shipments going to Canada and Puerto Rico will require a telephone number for customs paperwork.
- TradePort is not responsible UPS Customs Brokerage Fees associated with shipping product to Canada.
- UPS Standard to Canada is not available to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut or the Yukon Territory.
- Each product must be insured to guarantee full replacement value in the event that the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable.
- Any claim for insurance has to be filed, processed and a check received from the insurance company before sending out a replacement, if available. This process can take 4-6 weeks.
- TradePort does not reimburse shipping, handling and insurance charges for returned product.
